Original video is HERE on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 8 servings of instant mashed potatoes (3 cups uncooked)

  • 1 quarter sheet tray. I used a 12.5”x10” metal tray from my air fryer.

  • 1 plastic cup

  • Aluminum foil

  • Dinosuar nuggets

  • Steamed broccoli

  • Candles. Mine are from Target

Directions:

  1. Wrap foil on top of the sheet tray and around the cup for easy clean up

  2. Apply a generous amount of mashed potato onto the cup first, working down, then onto the sheet tray.

  3. Using your hands, mold the mountain shape first, then add the lip of the “river" and “lake” using your knuckles

  4. Add dinosaur nuggets and broccoli garnishes, then pour your sauce of choice as “lava” onto the volcano. I made this contraption in collaboration with Pace. You can see it here! (link coming soon)

FAQ:

Q: What can I do with this contraption?

Enjoy the fun of creation with young children or fully grown adults who enjoy whimsy. Afterward, you can eat the volcano!
